i take one photo to get the exposure on the rocks right, and one to get the sea, and one to get the sky, then I combine them in PS, to get a photo that got the right exposure over the hole pic. no over exposure or under exposures, then I do a little color correction. but its eaisier to get a graduated grey filter :p im thinking about getting myself one of thoose.

Try using Photomatix Pro to combine them, they usually come out better than PS. =)
